Both are read — by a small team, so a reply may take a little while. What they cannot do is take an application for assistance: those will only be possible on WhatsApp, once applications open.
When applications open, a WhatsApp conversation will be the only way to apply and the only way to reach us about an application or a campaign. The service is not live yet. We will publish the number here, and link it from this page, on the day it opens — so that nobody has to guess at it or trust a number passed on by someone else.
How it works. The service is opt-in: we only message you on WhatsApp after you have messaged us first, or after you have given us your number in an application and asked us to contact you there. We use it for service messages about your own application or campaign — not for marketing.
How to stop. Reply STOP at any time and we will not message you on WhatsApp again. Reply DELETE to ask us to erase your conversation history; see our data deletion page for what that covers.
Messages are carried by WhatsApp, a Meta company, and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message rates from your provider may apply.
Reporting a concern
If you believe someone is using our name to solicit money, charging applicants a fee, or otherwise misrepresenting HEART Humanitarian Foundation, please tell us at Info@HeartHumanitarianFoundation.Org and write FRAUD in the subject line. We never charge applicants or beneficiaries anything, at any stage — anyone asking you for money in our name is not us.
